Last summer I purchased this great little pitcher that allows me to brew coffee and store it in the refrigerator for tasty iced coffee drinks. And Ill be honest. Im pretty obsessed with it.

Crafting your own iced coffee beverages at home can actually be quite simple and definitely more cost effective than running to your local coffee shop every time youre craving one of these chilled drinks. With just a couple of ingredients such as vanilla extract and sugar, you can mix up your own iced vanilla.

Iced Vanilla Coffee

I prefer to use almond milk in my iced drinks. It offers a lighter flavor than regular milk and is more gentle on the stomach! I prefer to use the Original Almond Breeze, which allows me to mix in my own flavors but you can also try the vanilla or unsweetened varieties.

Iced Vanilla Coffee

I recommend brewing your coffee ahead of time and making it a little bit stronger than usual. When it is poured over the ice and mixed with the almond milk it will weaken the flavor just a bit. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 12 1 cup ice
  • 12 cup coffee, cold
  • 12 cup Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sugar or agave nectar
Instructions
  1. In a tall glass add ice.
  2. Pour coffee, almond milk and vanilla extract on top. Add a pinch of sugar or agave nectar if you wish.
  3. Stir with a long spoon and enjoy immediately.
